Real estate auctions -- usually a great deal but a mystifying process. We're going to clear the air with guest speaker and Auctioneer Hollisha Shannon and learn all about how buying at an auction differs from a regular sale.

**All CE course credit must be reported to the Alabama Real Estate Commission before October 1. Therefore, all CE courses must be completed by Friday, September 27. Any courses completed after that date may not be reported prior to the deadline resulting in an inactive license which will require a license activation and fee of $25 to the Commission after the course credit has been submitted.
